Privacy
Hurdis uses account, delivery and transaction information only to provide the store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Hurdis. Account and order data are stored with Supabase.
Clients may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data through the contact address Hurdis publishes before commercial launch.
Terms of Sale
Products, prices and inventory shown in sandbox mode are illustrative and no commercial sale is created. After live launch, an order is accepted only after payment is confirmed and Hurdis issues an order confirmation.
Hurdis may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailable inventory.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated from the delivery country and postal code at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Final countries served, duties treatment and return windows will be published before live payments are enabled.
Payments
The public preview runs in Stripe test mode and cannot charge a real card. Live payments will be processed securely through Stripe after products, inventory, rates and policies are approved.

正式商业上线前，Hurdis 将公布隐私联系邮箱，客户可依法申请访问、更正或删除符合条件的个人数据。
销售条款
测试模式中的商品、价格与库存仅供展示，不构成真实买卖。正式上线后，只有在付款成功且 Hurdis 发出订单确认时，订单才被接受。
如出现价格错误、疑似欺诈或库存不足，Hurdis 有权取消并退款。
配送与退货
运费和适用税费会根据收货国家及邮编在结账时计算。送达时间为预计时间；正式收款前将公布可配送国家、关税承担方式和退货期限。
付款说明
公开预览使用 Stripe 测试模式，不会向真实银行卡收费。商品、库存、费率与政策确认后，真实付款将由 Stripe 安全处理。
